Bio

With a career in financial services spanning nearly 25 years, I started my career at the Yorkshire Building Society and Accord mortgages before joining SPPL in 2006.

In 2007 I was a co-founding director of V Loans until the business was acquired by Key Retirement Group in Oct 2014. Having worked with Finance 4 Business over a number of years in a professional capacity, I was delighted to join as Head of Intermediary Relations in Jan 2017, before being promoted to Director of Commercial Mortgages and now CEO.

Finance 4 Business have exciting growth plans for the future, with a real focus on delivering an unrivalled service proposition to our new and existing intermediary partners.

  • What do you like best about working for Finance 4 Business?
  • That we are able to work collaboratively under one roof, because that is very unique within our industry.

  • When one client used almost all of the group, which we know that no other brokerage in our sector can do.

  • What are the values that drive you?
  • Allowing people to grow as individuals, allowing people to demonstrate what they can bring to the table. Giving people the confidence and the freedom that enables them to deliver.

  • What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

  • If you hosted a dinner party, what would you cook and who would you invite?
  • What would I probably cook? A Thai green Curry. And, Jordan Peterson, Steven Fry and Barack Obama. I find them all quite fascinating individuals that always grabbed my attention when they speak well.

  • Too much red wine.

  • If you had to sing a karaoke song what would it be?
  • Probably something from Joshua Tree by U2.

  • When the group of companies moved to Birmingham - it was a hell of a day.
